Which one do I choose?

The Student Rate is intended for medical students, dental students, nursing students, etc. The Trainee Rate is intended for those still in training but no longer students - residents, fellows, etc. The Professional Rate is for those who have completed their formal training.

What's the purpose? 

To improve the quality and response time of statistics support in the healthcare profession.

How does it work?

For one monthly price, you get up to four 15-minute virtual "support sessions" per month. When you sign up, you are connected with your personal statistician with whom you can coordinate and send any info that will be helpful for them to have ahead of the session (the academic paper you're reading, or the question you're working through).

How long will I have to wait to schedule a support session?

You will hear from your personal statistician within 24 hours.
